VOLSET FOUNDATION  was founded in 1997 in a volunteer General Assembly held in the Science Lab at Nakaseke Secondary School, Luwero District.  The founders were Doctor Xeviers Mubiru (late) and Mr. Festus Bazira.  Doctor X.
